Editorial Policy
How Halo Booth plans, writes, reviews and updates cycling content.
Reader-first selection
Topics are chosen because they answer distinct rider questions: choosing a bike, commuting, maintenance, skills, family riding, e-bikes and safety. Pages are not created solely to increase page count or advertising inventory.
Evidence and uncertainty
We avoid invented awards, statistics, reviews, credentials and first-hand claims. Regulatory statements should be checked against official current sources. Where advice depends on rider context, the limitation is stated rather than hidden.
Commercial independence
The launch package contains no affiliate programme or sponsored editorial. If commercial relationships are introduced later, paid influence should be labelled clearly and should not determine technical conclusions.
Updates
High-change topics such as road rules, e-bike regulation and safety guidance deserve more frequent checks than stable maintenance explanations.
Human review
Before live publication, the site owner should perform a final factual, legal, spelling and link review and replace any implementation notes that are specific to the pre-deployment package.
